ROUTEDENSE TERMS OF SERVICE

1. OVERVIEW

RouteDense ("we," "us," "our") operates a platform connecting homeowners with local home service providers ("Providers"). By accessing or using the RouteDense website or mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. WHO CAN USE ROUTEDENSE

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using RouteDense, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. THE ROUTEDENSE MARKETPLACE

RouteDense connects homeowners ("Homeowners") seeking home services with independent, third-party service Providers. RouteDense is not a party to any agreement, service contract, or transaction between a Homeowner and a Provider. Providers are independent businesses or individuals, not employees, agents, or contractors of RouteDense.

RouteDense does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, licensing status, or reliability of any Provider or any work performed. Homeowners are responsible for evaluating and selecting Providers, and Providers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they list on their profiles.

4. ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the Service or by contacting us.

5. PROVIDER CONDUCT

Providers agree to:

- Provide accurate business, licensing, and contact information

- Perform services in a lawful and professional manner

- Not misrepresent their qualifications, reviews, or work history

RouteDense reserves the right to remove any Provider profile that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe contains false or misleading information.

6. HOMEOWNER CONDUCT

Homeowners agree to use the Service only to seek legitimate home service requests and to provide accurate information when submitting a request.

7. PAYMENTS

Where RouteDense facilitates payment or billing between Homeowners and Providers, additional payment terms will apply and will be presented at the time of transaction. RouteDense is not responsible for disputes over pricing, payment, or work quality between Homeowners and Providers, though we may provide tools to help resolve such disputes.

8. REVIEWS AND CONTENT

Any reviews, ratings, or recommendations submitted through the Service must reflect the submitter's genuine experience. RouteDense reserves the right to remove content that it reasonably believes is false, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

9. LOCATION DATA

The Service uses location data to power core features, including showing Providers' approximate real-time location to nearby Homeowners while a Provider is "live." Providers control when location sharing is active. See our Privacy Policy for details on how location data is collected, used, and retained.

10. DISCLAIMERS

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Routedense does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any provider will meet your expectations. 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, routedense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any transaction with a provider or homeowner. 

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
